Ingredients
- Red potatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. EVOO
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cut potatoes into quarters. Mix oil and garlic in fry pan. Place potatoes in a single layer in the pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour broth over potatoes and bring to boil. Turn heat to medium and cook until broth is gone. Turn potatoes and brown on both sides. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
