  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1

Cook potatoes. Drain and mash. Add cream cheese in pieces. Add next 5 ingredients, beat until smooth. Pour into 2 litre casserole. Cover and cook until warm.
