Ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 tbsp onion salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1
Cook potatoes. Drain and mash. Add cream cheese in pieces. Add next 5 ingredients, beat until smooth. Pour into 2 litre casserole. Cover and cook until warm.
