Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup cant believe its not butter sticks 79% veg oil

  • 3/4 cup buttermilk

  • 1/4 cup egg substitute

  • 1 Tbsp grated orange and lemon zest each

  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Coat bread pans with spray, dust with flour. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. On medium-high speed, beat sugar and butter until well blended. Beat in buttermilk, egg until smooth. Add flour mixture, beat until combined. Stir in zest. Transfer to pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan to rack, cool completely. Stir 1 Tbsp warm water into confectioners sugar until smooth. Place cake on plate. Top with glaze. Garnish with lemon and orange slices.
