Ingredients
- 2 lb. hash browns
- 1/2 c. dried onion
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw potatoes (30 min) and mix in other ingredients. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 deg for 1 hour.
