  • 2 lb. hash browns
  • 1/2 c. dried onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz. shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw potatoes (30 min) and mix in other ingredients. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 deg for 1 hour.
