  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 oz cod or 8 oz white fish fillet, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 4 Light flour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1



Rub fish with oil and then pat on seasoning.

Spray pan with oil and then cook fish until flakes easily

Warm tortillas up in microwave between paper towels

Add coleslaw and red chimichurri sauce to finish off
