Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
- 4 cans (15 oz ea) black beans, drained
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, sliced thinly
- 1/3 c green pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 14 1/2 oz whole tomatoes, undrained and cut
- 2 t chili powder
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1/2 t oregano

Preparation
Step 1
1) Blend 3 c beans and broth.
2) Combine onion, celery, pepper, and garlic and saute for about 10 min.
3) Add both blended and remaining beans, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, and oregano. Bring to boil then simmer on low 10-15 min.
