Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 1 med chopped onion
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/8 t cayenne
- 1/8 t black pepper
- 1 t cumin
- ¾ t coriander
- 1 t basil
- ¼ t oregano
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes oregano and basil
- Polenta or cornbread or rice

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil add everything except beans and tomatoes. Sauté until onions are tender (about 5 minutes)
Add beans and tomatoes heat until bubbly.
Serve over cornbread.
