Fried Fish Batter

By

It's news to me. Today I made fried fish in batter. Oh it was
so good with home made mayo (we are so fortunate to have LC)

Here's my batter:

I just seasoned the fish on each side with things we like.
Put CarbQuick in a bowl, add seasonings (not salt), pour LC beer
into it until it's the right thickness. It bubbles up and becomes very
light right away. Have your hot oil ready, dip fish, fry a few minutes
on each side depending upon how thick your fish is.
Have coleslaw and eat it. Boy we were in fried fish heaven
