Apple Crisp French Toast (WB)

Ingredients

• 1 c milk
• 4 eggs
• 2 t brown sugar
• 1/4 t cinn
• 1/4 t vanilla >>>>whisk together in a pie pan
• 1 Granny Smith apple, 1/8" slices
• 1 T lemon juice >>>mix
• 2 T butter skillet > melt in 12"
• 12 slices white bread>>dip in milk mixture. Fry.
• Transfer to a 14x17" baking sheet in single layer &
• keep warm in a 200 degree oven.
• 1/3 c maple syrup
• 1/2 c vanilla yogurt>>>mix
• 1/3 c maple syrup
• 1/2 c PB>>>>>>>mix, warm in microwave.
• 1/2 c granola

Preparation

Step 1

Put 2 sclices of toast on each plate.

Lay apples on toast.
Top with granola.
Spoon the 2 sauces equally over.
