- 2 PKG (3 OZ EA.) CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
- ½ C MARGARINE SOFTENED AND DIVIDED
- 2 TBS MINCED FRESH PARSLEY
- ½ TSP LEMON PEPPER SEASONING
- 2/3 C. BOILING WATER
- 1 GARLIC CLOVE MINCED
- 6 C. HOT COOKED THIN NOODLES
- 2/3 C GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE, DIVIDED

Step 1
IN A SMALL BOWL, COMBINE CREAM CHEESE, 2 TBS BUTTER, PARSLEY, BASIL AND LEMON PEPPER SEASONING. STIR IN WATER, KEEP WARM. IN A SAUCEPAN, SAUTE GARLIC IN REMAINING BUTTER UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED. PLACE NOODLES IN A SERVING BOWL, TOP WITH GARLIC MIXTURE. SPRINKLE WITH HALF OF PARMESAN CHEESE. TOSS LIGHTLY. SPOON CREAM CHEESE SAUCE OVER NOODLES AND SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING PARMESAN CHEESE. GARNISH WITH EXTRA PARSLEY IF DESIRED.
