Ingredients
- 1 pound Ziti pasta dry
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium white onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 8 ounces Ricotta cheese, drain over night to remove whey
- 1/4 cup parsley, flat leaf
- 1/4 cup Romano cheese
- 12-14 ounces Alfredo Sauce
- 6 ounces shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook Ziti in boiling water per package directions.
In a large skillet over medium heat add olive oil, onions and garlic, saute until wilted.
In a bowl add ricotta, parsley and 2/3 of Romano cheese and fold till combine. When onions and garlic are ready add them and the Alfredo sauce and then the cooked Ziti do not rinse.
In a 13x9 baking dish, add half the pasta mixture and then add 2/3 of the ricotta mixture. cover with the rest of the pasta and sauce and remainder of the ricotta. Cover all with Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining Ramona Cheese.
Place in the oven on a baking sheet and bake 45 minutes or until all cheese is melted and brown around the edges.. Remove from the oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
