Ingredients
- 1 can red salmon,drained (15 1/2 oz)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c pecans,chopped
- 3 Tbsp parsley,chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first six ingredients well
Refrigerate 3 hr
Form into 2 logs
Roll in finely chopped pecans
Sprinkle parsley over the top
Serve with crackers
