Ingredients

  • 1/4 c butter
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 3 c milk
  • 1 c chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 c lobster(cut or torn unto small pieces)
  • 2 slices onion
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c light cream

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter
Stir in flour,salt and pepper
Add gradually,stirring constantly,the milk and chicken stock
Cook and stir until creamy and smooth
Add lobster and onion
Add cream and worchestershire sauce
Heat thoroughly
To each individual serving add 1 Tbsp butter,1 tsp finely diced celery and a sprinkle of paprika
