Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 c brown sugar
- ½ c butter, melted
- 2/3 c oatmeal
- ¼ t nutmeg
- ¼ t cinnamon

Step 1
Mix well and set aside. In an 8 inch or 9 inch square pan, place 4 c rhubarb, 1 c sugar and 2 T cornstarch, which as been tossed together. Sprinkle crumbs over top and bake for 60 mins at 350 degrees.
