Ingredients
- 2 Pork Tenderloins
- 2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring
- 1/4 cup sugar

Step 1
Mix together marinade ingredients; Marinate pork overnight. Line cookie sheet with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes on eash side. Baste often. Cool and slice.
MUSTARD: Mix together 1 cup Malt Vinegar with 1 can Coleman's Dry Mustard. Let sit 1 hour. Mix 6 beaten eggs with 1 cup sugar. Cook all in double boiler until thickened (10-20 minutes).
