Corn Sausage Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb. link sausage
• 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
• 3 tbsp. finely chopped green peppers
• 3 tbsp. flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• dash of pepper
• 3/4 c. milk
• 2 beaten eggs
• 2 1/2 c. cream style corn
• 1 pkg. biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage, then saute onions & peppers in drippings. Blend in flour, salt, pepper. Remove from heat & gradually blend in milk, eggs, corn. Return to heat & stir constantly till mix. is heated through. Pour into casserole. Cover with biscuits. Cut slits into dough, about 3" apart. Insert sausage into slits & bake till top is lightly browned in 400 degree oven.
