- 2 lbs Red Potatoes, quartered
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Minced Fresh Parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Pepper

Step 1
1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
2. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients; beat until blended.
