Ingredients

  • 1 * 1 box frozen puff pastry shells
  • 3 * 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 * 1 frozen bag celery, onion, carrot vegetable mixture
  • 1 * 1 bag frozen shrimp, or fresh
  • 1 * 1 tsp rosemary
  • 2 * 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 * 1 cup half and half
  • 1 * 1 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • 2 * 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Step 1

Bake puff pastry following package directions. Heat a large saute pan over medium high heat. Prepare the shrimp with olive oil, rosemary, and garlic and saute until shrimp is pink. Add the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Add half and half and let come to a boil. Turn to low and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in butter and cheese. Spoon mixture into shells and top with a little parmesan cheese for garnish. Place under broiler and heat until golden brown. Serve immediately.
