Asian Pork Tenderloin
- 2 filets pork tenderloin
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp white sugar
- 2 tsp powdered ginger
- 2-4 oz. sesame seeds
1. Trim fat. Mix everything else in large ziploc bag. Marinate pork overnight, turning frequently.
2. Bring to room temperature before baking.
3. Place loins in shallow pan. Drizzle with marinade.
4. Bake on rack over pan of water. Cook for approximately 30 minutes at 350F or until no longer pink inside. Do not overcook!
Makes a nice appetizer or finger food.
