Baked White Beans

Ingredients
- 4 15 ounce cans cannellini beans (white kidney beans), rinsed and drained
- 1 15 ounce cantomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- Snipped fresh parsley (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl combine beans, tomato sauce, onion, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, oregano, and rosemary. Transfer mixture to an ungreased 2-quart square baking dish.
2. Bake, uncovered, about 45 minutes or until heated through, stirring once. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. If desired, garnish with parsley.
From the Test Kitchen•Prepare as directed in Step 1. Cover and chill for 2 to 48 hours. To serve, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake, uncovered, about 55 minutes or until heated through, stirring once.
