Ingredients
- Chutney Dressing:
- 1 pound spinach, torn into bite size pieces (about 8 cups)
- 4 ounces mushrooms sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup unseasoned croutons
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 6 red onion slices, separated into rings
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chutney
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container.
