Abs Diet Turkey Lasagna

  • 1 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 yellow onion
  • 2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 cans (14oz) diced tomatoes (drain)
  • 3 cups nonfat ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 9 whole wheat lasagna noodles cooked


Servings 6


Step 1

fry turkey, onion, and oregano
stir in tomatoes

in a bowl combine ricotta and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

in 9 X 13 dish
spread 1/3 tomato/meat mixture
arrange 3 noodles
spread 1/2 the cheese
top with the rest of Parmesan cheese

cover with foil and bake for 45 mins
remove foil and bake for 15 mins
let stand for 15 mins before serving
