Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- onion or small chopped onion
- garlic salt
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 medium tomato, wedged
- 1 3-ounce can sliced mushrooms
- 18 ounces shell macaroni
- pepperoni slices
- 1 1/2 pints sour cream
- 1/2 pound provolone cheese
- 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic and drain.
Cook macaroni, drain, and rinse in cold water. Put into 9x13 pan. Cover with sauce. Place pepperoni slices over top.
Mix together sour cream, provolone and mozzarella. Spread over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
