Ingredients
- 3 Cups Flour, 2 Cups Sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 cup oil, 2 eggs, 3 cups fresh finely chopped apples, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup chopped pecans.

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together, place in a greased bundt pan. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 1 hour. Test with a wooden toothpick inserted in center of cake and if it comes out clean it is done. Cool and place on platter and ENJOY!!!
