Ingredients
- 14 large shrimp
- 1/2 cup margarine (can use 1/4 cup margarine and 1/4 cup olive oil)
- 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- Seasoned bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Brown or white rice

Step 1
Peel shrimp, devein and place in dish. Lightly coat shrimp with bread crumbs and set aside. Saute margarine and garlic until lightly brown, salt and pepper slightly. Spoon margarine and garlic over shrimp. Cook rice on stove top and 10 minutes before rice is done, put shrimp in broiler, top shelf (depending on strength of oven) for 7-10 minutes (shrimp will be pink). Whala! A meal made in heaven! Put rice on plate and put shrimp over rice.
