Ingredients
- 3 lb.. fresh sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 T. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Bake sweet potatoes approx. 45 minutes or until slightly soft. Cool in fridge then skin and slice. Place in a 13"x9" baking pan. Distribute butter pieces evenly over the sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Layer with miniature marshmallows.
Cover and bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are tender and marshmallows have melted. Remove foil and let marshmallows brown about 10 more minutes.
