Ingredients

  • Smoke Pork Rub:
  • 2 tablespoons Bicentennial Seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced dry onion flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon West Indies Barbecue seasoning (or BBQ seasoning)
  • 1 teaspoon Hickory Smoke Powder
  • Marinade:
  • 1 cup Allegro Marinade (or any meat tenderizer)
  • 1-2 lb Kirkland Pork Sirloin Tip Roast

Preparation

Step 1

Marinade the roast in a small Zip Lock bag for 12 to 24 hours

Rub the roast liberally with smoked pork rub

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Let roast cool to room temperature

Place roast in oven safe dish

Cook uncovered for approx 1:40, until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees

Remove from oven, let stand for several minutes

Slice and serve
