Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 c. butter/margarine, melted
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients except for the coconut into a blender and process for 10 seconds.

2. Stir in coconut ad pout into a 9 in pie plate.

3. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until set.
