Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 lb. sirloin tip roast, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1 tea. pepper
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 (10.5 oz) can beef consomme
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tea. bottled minced garlic
- 1/2 tea. dried thyme
- 1/2 te. dried crushed rosemary
- 1 (16 oz) package wide egg noodles

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Cook in batches for 4-5 minutes or until pieces are browned on all sides.
In a 4-6 q. slow cooker combine roast, onion, and next 7 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender. Cook noodles according to package directions.
Serve beef mixture over noodles.
