Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef chuck, cubed
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4-1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 carrots sliced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 rib celery, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix meat with flour, salt, pepper and paprika, until thoroughly coated.
place in bottom of slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hrs. on low, or 4-6 hrs. on high.
