Ingredients

    package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and well drained

  • 1

    small onion, quartered

  • 1/2

    pound Cheddar cheese

  • 1

    cup all-purpose flour

  • 1

    teaspoon salt

  • 1

    teaspoon baking powder

  • 1

    cup milk

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1/3

    cup butter or margarine, melted

Directions

Assemble Food Grinder using coarse grinding plate and attach to mixer. Turn to Speed 4 and grind broccoli and onion. Set aside. Assemble Rotor Slicer/Shredder using fine shredder cone (No. 1) and attach to mixer. Turn to Speed 4 and shred cheese. Set aside. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder into mixer bowl. Add milk, eggs, and butter. Attach bowl and flat beater to mixer. Turn to Speed 2 and mix 1 minute. Add broccoli mixture and cheese. Turn to Speed 2 and mix 30 seconds. Pour mixture into greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 375°F for 60 to 75 minutes. Cut into 3-inch squares to serve. PER SERVING: ABOUT 256 CAL, 11 g PRO, 15 g CARB, 17 g FAT, 94 mg CHOL, 554 mg SOD.
