  • 1 lb ground lean beef
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium onion



Step 1

Brown hamburger and onions. Drain.
Add remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.
