Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 7 ounce coconut flakes; sweetened
- Add additional 1/3 cup sugar if coconut flakes are unsweetened

Preparation
Step 1
Set oven to 325°F and grease cookie sheet.
Beat egg whites; add salt and vanilla.Add sugar and beat until
stiff.
Fold coconut in.
Drop by tablespoons on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes until turning brown
Note: when using unsweetened coconut, change to 2/3 cup sugar
