Ingredients
- Salad Ingredients:
- 8 ounce ditalini pasta
- 1/2 cup finely diced red pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 1/4 cup finely diced celery
- Dressing Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspons white wine or vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teasppom black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta accoding to directions. Drain, rnse well.
Stir together the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add vegetables stir again. Taste and adjust seasonings. Cover and refrigerator until ready to serve.
