No Bake Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Granola Bars

- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup caramel bits

In a large bowl, stir together oats, pretzels, oat bran, flaxseed, salt, chocolate chips, and caramel bits. Add 1/3 cup honey and stir until well-combined. If mixture is too dry, add more honey one tablespoon at a time up to 1/2 cup.
Press mixture firmly into an 8×8-inch baking dish that is lined with parchment paper or lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting into bars.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
