Ingredients
- Vegetable oil cooking spray
- Two 15 oz. cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 2 tsp smoked sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Spray baking sheet with cooking oil. Place chickpeas on paper towels and dry thoroughly. Toss chickpeas with EVOO to coat. Sprinkle on sea salt and toss. Bake for 1 hour, or until peas are crunchy, shaking half way through. Cool for 1 hour. Best eaten within a day.
