Ingredients
- 1 1 1/2 1 curry powder and sugar, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp each ground cumin, turmeric and ground ginger and black pepper.
- 3 3 tbsp oil in a large stainless skillet over medium.
- 1 2 3 onion and 2 chopped cloves garlic. Cook 3 minutes.
