Ingredients
- 4 Boneless Pork Chops
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Dijon or ready prepared mustard
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
- 2 cups (500 mL) Pretzels
- .5 cup (125 mL) Vegetable oil

Directions
PLACE pork chops in a re-sealable plastic freezer bag along with mustard and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper and massage mixture into the pork chops.
PLACE pretzels in another re-sealable bag and crush into crumbs using a rolling pin or pulse in a food processor 20-30 times.
TOSS the pork chops into the pretzel crumbs. The dressing on the chops will allow pretzel crumbs to adhere.
HEAT oil in a 10” (25 cm) skillet oven medium-high heat. Fry pork chops in oil, 5-6 minutes per side or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
