Steamed Crab Legs

Excellent! Increase spices/lemon/water as needed with additional legs. I used 2 1/2 lbs. cooked, frozen crab legs and steamed for 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 2 Tbsp Old Bay
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 lb snow crab clusters
- Melted butter, optional

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine water, lemon, seasoning, & pepper in large stockpot. Place steam ring or steamer basket in pot. Cover & bring to a boil on high.
2. Add crab clusters to pot; steam 4-5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with melted butter.
