Ingredients
- 8 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 each Bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
- 1 Tbsp. Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Rum Extract
- 2 cups Pioneer Buttermilk Baking Mix
- 2 each Eggs
- 1 cup Pecans, divided

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325oF.
In a sauté pan over medium heat, add butter and melt.
Add bananas, brown sugar, and apple pie spice. Cook, over low heat, until bananas are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and add milk, rum extract, and Pioneer Buttermilk Baking Mix. Whisk all together until an even consistency.
Add eggs and ¾ cup pecans. Whisk until incorporated.
Transfer the batter to a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan and top with remaining pecans.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
Allow to cool completely before removing from pan.
