Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pds stew beef
- 1 small bell pepper chopped
- 1 can 14 oz 1 inch green beans drained
- 3/4 c chopped onion
- 2/3 c uncooked barley
- 2/3 c corn kernels
- 1 1/2 c water or broth
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 t dried thyme
- 3 1/2 c beef broth
- 2 cans 14 oz diced tomatoes with garlic
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in slow cooker
Cook covered on low 8 to 9 hours or high 4 to 5 hours
