Ingredients
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 1/2 pounds chopped, sliced veggies--1/2 pound onions, 1/2 pound mushrooms, 1/2 pound brussel sprouts
- 1 t. finely chopped rosemary
- 1 pound cooked bowtie pasta
- 1/4 c. Aged Gruyere cheese, shredded
- Garnishes to taste..fresh basil, lemon juice, black pepper

Step 1
These instructions
In deep 12" skillet, heat olive oil and garlic on medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring.
Add salt and veggies
Cook 5 minutes or until almost tender, stirring.
Add fresh Herbs, cook 2-3 minutes or until wilted.
Toss with 1/2 c. pasta cooking water, pasta and cheese.
Add garnish
