Pesto Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

• 1 chicken breast fillet
• Salt
• Black pepper
• 1.7 oz pesto
• 1.4 oz mozzarella cheese
• 1.4 oz parmesan
• 1.7 breadcrumbs
• 1 beaten egg

Preparation

Step 1

Open the chicken fillets so they are very thin.


2.Season with salt and pepper.


3.Fill with ham and cheese and close.


4.Coat in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs.


5.Fry in hot oil.
