Chicken Thighs with Ginger-Sesame Glaze

  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 T soy sauce
  • 1 Sesame oil
  • 1 t grated fresh ginger
  • 1 t chili paste
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs

Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 40mins


Step 1

Combine first 8 ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Coat chicken thighs with 1/2 of mixture. Allow chicken to marinate for at least 30 min. For more flavor, marinate all day in the refrigerator.

Grill over med hi heat, 4 min per side or until done. Transfer to platter & drizzle with remaining soy mixture & top with green onion tops, slivered
