Ingredients
- 1 Smithfield pork sausage (mild)
- 4 slices bread cubed
- 1 8oz bag sharp cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tsp salt (i add 1/2 tsp)
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage, drain grease, spread bread cubes on bottom of glass pan. Add sausage on top, then cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt, mustard pour on top.
cover and refridge overnight
cook 350 for 45 min.
