Marinated Sirloin Steak

Ingredients

• 1 c. lemon-lime soda
• 3/4 c. oil
• 3/4 c. soy sauce
• 1/4 c. lemon juice
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
• 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (approx 1 pound)

Preparation

Step 1

In large ziplock bag, combine ingredients. Add steak and turn to coat. Seal and refrigerate overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks until meat reaches desired doneness.
