A fun and tasty bubble tea shop snack made from a waffle custard flavored batter and cooked in machines with a special egg shaped mold.
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1/2 cup organic cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup filtered water
- Vanilla extract, splash
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 10mins

Sift together the dry ingredients before adding the eggs and rest of the wet ingredients.
Mix well until smooth. Strain (if needed).
Preheat your bubble waffle maker, then lightly spray with non-stick cooking oil before pouring in about 2/3 cup of the batter (may vary depending on the size of your waffle maker).
