Ingredients
- 1 Flatout Flatbread Artisian Thin Pizza Crust (Rosemary, rustic white or spicy Italian)
- 2 eggs, lightly scrambled
- 1/2 c cheddar cheese
- 3 oz sausage, cooked & crumbled
- 2 oz yellow & red peppers, diced

Preparation
Step 1
Place flatbread on cookie sheet, Bake at 375 for 2 min. Remove from oven.
Top flatbread with cheese, scrambled egg, sausage & peppers. Return to oven & bake 4 more min until cheese melts.
Can prebake 1-2 min on grill preheated to 375. Remove, add toppings & return to grill (lid closed) for 4 more min. Until cheese melts.
