Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar (rounded)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (level)
- 2 tsp. butter
- 2 1/4 tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
Cook raisins, water and sugar about 30 minutes, or until plump. Mix in lemon juice, vanilla, butter and cinnamon. Add cornstarch to raisin mixture. Cook over low heat until thickened.
Pour into pie crust and top with second crust.
Bake at 425 deg. for 15-20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 deg. and cook until crust is done.
